We will contact you to schedule an appointment at your home to discuss your needs and to start the design process. We will take photos and measurements to help with the design stage.

We use the information from the consultation to provide you with a variety of designs and initial costings. This stage is the the most enjoyable for us. We may make future site visits to decide upon materials and colours with samples.

When the final design and choice of materials are agreed upon we will agree on the total costing for the project. We will discuss timelines that may be affected by availability of materials.

We start the process of the installation. We check in with you at key points to ensure the design is what you are looking for. We routinely send videos/ photos of the progress so you can be kept updated throughout the process.
